DCP Bajirao Singham, now married to Avani Kamat, who works in the Ministry of Culture, has a son, Shaurya. He is transferred from Mumbai to Srinagar for three years. Once there, he is attacked by Lashkar chief Omar Hafeez, who fled Pakistan to Sri Lanka and started selling drugs after his sons, Riyaz and Raza, failed in their schemes. Singham successfully arrests him, but Omar arrogantly threatens him about the threat he faces, accusing Sangram "Simba" Bhalerao and Veer Suryavanshi of killing his sons. Singham meets Home Minister Raj Jaishankar and tells him about the drug syndicate operating in India and how it is smuggled from Sri Lanka to the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu. Omar wants to use the profits from the drug trade to carry out another terrorist attack on India. Jaishankar formed a new squad, Shiv Squad, led by Singham and his fellow officers, ACP Daya and ACP Devika, to stop and destroy the Lashkar. Movira
Two years later, Avani is hosting a theatre production of Ramlila, depicting the journey of Lord Rama and Sita. Singham boards a ship from Sri Lanka to Tamil Nadu and discovers drugs in the container and arrests four men working for a man named Danger Lanka. On his interrogation, the arrested men reveal that three of Lanka's associates were living in Madurai. Singham calls DCP Shakti Shetty from Madurai to arrest the three and take them to Mumbai, which he does immediately. However, that same night, Danger Lanka reaches the police station, kills all the policemen, and saves three of his men. Shakti feels guilty for not being able to save the police officers, but Singham consoles him and asks him to find him. Download Movie
Meanwhile, Avani leaves for Rameswaram to shoot some footage for a production with her colleague Mrugya. Singham sends Daya with them. After collecting the footage for the production, Avani is about to return to Mumbai when she is kidnapped by Danger Lanka. She reveals that it was a plan hatched by her and Mrugya. Upon learning of Avani's kidnapping, Singham and his team leave for Rameswaram. Meanwhile, Daya ties the tail and finds Avani, rescues her and helps her escape. However, she is chased by Lanka's men and during the ensuing chase, throws away her bangles, which were gifted by Singham as a token of his love. Daya is brutally injured by Lanka while trying to save Avani. Avani is saved by ACP Satya Bali, who considers Singham his inspiration and takes him to his house. Singham reaches there and meets Daya, who is in critical condition and airlifts her. He finds Avani's bangles and finds out that she is with Satya.
Lanka arrives and attacks Satya's house and in the meantime Lanka shoots and kidnaps Avni. Singham arrives there, meets Satya and saves his family. Lanka returns to Sri Lanka and reveals to Singham his true identity as Omar's grandson Zubair Hafeez, who wants revenge on Singham, Simba and Suryavanshi; and Mrigya reveals her identity as Zubair's aunt Iqra Hafeez, whose husband Razani was also killed by the three of them. They reveal that they both stayed in India for two years to keep an eye on Singham and Avni. Zubair tells Singham to bring Omar with Simba and Suryavanshi and take Avni back with him. Indhu begins her undergraduate degree at Madras Christian College in Chennai, where Mukund is her senior. Indhu is selected as a model for a fashion show when many participants model from many colleges, where she will represent her college in a modeling event. Initially, she resists going, though Mukund, as her assistant, makes her reconsider her decision to participate. Eventually winning the competition, she thanks Mukund, and love blossoms between them. After some time, they fall in love and start dating, and Indhu finally realizes that she wants to join the Indian Army. However, her mother, Geeta, comes to know about this, starts opposing her decision; nevertheless, a determined Mukund clears his National Defence Academy entrance exam with the support of Indhu and Varadarajan.
Zubair reaches Colombo and takes Avani hostage. He asks Singham to send Simba to Sri Lanka to investigate Avani. Singham goes to Shivgadh and meets Simba. He agrees to go to Sri Lanka and meets Avani and tells her that Singham is coming to rescue her. Just as Zubair tries to trap Simba, he escapes from Zubair's clutches and destroys his hideout. Meanwhile, Singham secretly reaches Sri Lanka and with the help of some RAW agents, finds Simba and Avani. Jaishankar sends Omar Hafeez to Colombo in a military plane. Shakti and Satya arrive at the port the next day and help Simba and Singham rescue Avani. Suryavanshi joins them in their fight and together they rescue Avani. Singham kills Zubair and returns to India with Avni and his team, while the military plane carrying Omar Hafeez returns to India with him. Avni is finally able to complete the production of her Ramlila show as it becomes a huge success.
