The Rajpurohit warns everyone not to go near Manjulika's room, advising that it should be reopened on the day of Durgastami by a member of the royal family to free it from the ghost. Everyone returns to the palace, believing that Ruhan is the reincarnation of Devendranath.

According to local legend, 200 years ago, Manjulika was a princess. The king had a son, Devendranath, with a servant. When he named Debendranath as his heir, Manjulika killed him in a fit of rage. In the present day, Meera calls in a restoration team to work on the palace so that it can be sold. Mallika, the team leader, begins to show signs of possession. Ruhan learns about the real ghost and plans to escape but realizes that he needs to erase his video before he can leave. While searching for her, he discovers that Meera has secretly taken photos of him, which suggests romantic feelings for him. She confirms this when confronted.

Ruhan decides to stay but soon discovers that Pandit, Pandityan and Chhote Pandit are already living in Manjulika's room. They reveal that they are trying to scare everyone so that they can live there peacefully. The restoration team takes over the room and accidentally breaks a wall, which opens a hidden passage that leads to a room sealed with a Bhairav Kavach. Rajpurohit, curious, decides to do more research into the history of the palace.

Desperate to sell the property, the king decides to break the Bhairav Kavach with the help of Saab Rooh Baba. As they open the door, the Rajpurohit arrives with the news that the room belongs to Anjulika, Manjulika and Devendranath's elder sister. He reveals that 200 years ago the king actually had two daughters who hated each other.

Despite knowing the palace's haunted reputation, Mandira comes as a potential buyer to learn more about the estate. Strange events begin to occur after meeting Mallika. The Rajpurohit warns everyone to be careful until Durgastami, the day Manjulika expects to take revenge on her.

Ruhan and Meera have several eerie encounters with both Mallika and Mandira, who are confused about who the real Manjulika is. The Rajpurohit returns with holy oil to destroy Manjulika's spirit, and on the night before Durgastami they gather at the place where her body was burned 200 years ago. Ruhan cleverly manages to bring out the spirit in both Mallika and Mandira, eventually discovering that she is not a woman but is actually a male ghost, belonging to Prince Debendranath, who was killed 200 years ago due to his love of dancing and dislike of men. . Identity

It is eventually revealed that Anjulika and Manjulika had conspired together to secure the throne of Devendranath. Once in contact with the king, the king ordered his ministers to burn him (Devendranath) alive. After this, the king banished both the sisters from the kingdom. After some time, the ghost of Prince Debendranath killed the king and his guards. The royal priest of that era then sealed the spirit of Devendranath in a hidden room protected by a Bhairava shield. It is eventually revealed that it was the spirit of Debendranath who created all the disturbances by possessing the reincarnations of his sisters, Mallika and Mandira.

In the end, the spirits of Mallika, Mandira and Debendranath share a heartfelt moment as Debendranath finally finds the peace he had been longing for for two centuries.

In the mid-credits scene, it is revealed that Mandira is not the real buyer. He is actually ACP Rathod, an undercover cop, who has come to arrest Ruhan for his fraud as the fake ghostbuster Ruh Baba. Ruhan, upon learning this, faints from shock as the credits roll.
