Calum Drift, Santa Claus's head of security, requests retirement after one last Christmas run, as he becomes disillusioned with the growing evil in the world, exemplified by the growth of Santa's naughty list. On Christmas Eve, an infiltration team enters the North Pole complex and kidnaps Santa. Callum suspects Grilla is working with Krampus, Santa's estranged brother, who is also Grilla's ex-lover. Callum and Jack sneak into Krampus' lair but are caught. Callum appeals to Krampus to help his brother, who misses him, but Krampus refuses. Despite being allowed to leave, Jack stays and convinces Krampus to play Krampusclap with Calum, during which Jack retrieves and returns Calum's magic gauntlet, allowing the pair to escape. Zoe grabs Jack for questioning, but Jack doesn't know that the information he hacked is related to Santa and only sends the information to an anonymous buyer. Zoe offers to double Jack's payment if he helps them find Santa. Callum reluctantly teams up with Jack to find Santa, first finding the broker who arranged the deal between Jack and the kidnapper. Dalal tells them that the kidnapper is Grila, the winter witch. Gryla becomes aware of their conversation and sends her snowmen to attack them, although Callum and Jack are able to defeat them.
Grilla and his sons keep Santa in a vault which removes his magic and renders him unconscious. Grilla duplicates Glassfig, a magical snow globe, with the intention of freeing the world of mischievous children by imprisoning them forever. Grilla decides to test the snow globes on Jack and his estranged son Dylan. He sends a snow globe at everyone who catches them and returns to his lair. Jack and Dylan, inside their snow globe, are placed together, and the pair have a heart-to-heart conversation, which makes them "pretty" by breaking the snow globe. Movie Review
As Zoe places the tracker on Jack earlier, she and Callum learn that Jack has been brought to the North Pole complex. They realize that Grilla, his extraction team and Santa never left the North Pole. Callum and Zoe go to the North Pole and free Mrs. Claus and Callum's other security personnel, who have been held captive. In Santa's old workshop, they find tools to replicate Jack and Dylan, as well as a toy grill used to replicate a snow globe.
Gryla prepares to leave with an unconscious Santa, as he wants to use his sleigh to deliver snow globes. A fight ensues, and Grella is stopped by Calum and Jack, aided by Krampus, who comes to help. Santa recovers and accepts his brother, while Grilla is sealed inside his own globe and given into Zoe's custody.
With Gryla defeated, everyone quickly prepared for the Christmas run. Santa invites Jack and Dylan to come with him on Christmas Eve, which they accept. During the successful run, Callum sees Jack regain his wonder and bond with Dylan; This ensures that he does not retire.
